We’re beyond excited to welcome Niklas Hofstätter from the renowned Tenuta J. Hofstätter estate in Alto Adige, Italy, to St. Vincent this October.
Niklas will be sharing the story of his family’s winery – its passion and ethos, from vineyards nestled high in the Dolomites to those just 23 metres above sea level in Trentino. As a fifth-generation winemaker, Niklas brings both international experience and deep-rooted tradition, carrying his family’s legacy forward while shaping its future.
And what better way to experience that story than through the wines themselves? Niklas will be pouring some of his favourites, while Matt, James and the team serve a menu showcasing the flavours of the Trentino region.
It promises to be an evening of wonderful conversation, discovery, food and wine.
